You must be employed, running a business, or actively contributing to Hong Kong’s economy. - Be in Good Standing
No violations of local laws or immigration regulations. - Maintain Eligibility
Ensure documentation remains consistent with your original application category (Category A, B, or C). - Submit in the Right Timeframe
Apply within 3 months before your visa expiry date to avoid disruption.
